Since installing our five barrel pilot brewing system in 1997, we've worked to develop unusual, small batch beers that we serve and sell exclusively in our Tasting Room. Over time we've brewed:

• Cask conditioned ales
• Fruit and vegetable ales
• Oatmeal and dried corn ales
• Homegrown hop ales
• Red, brown, blond and black ales
• And just about anything-else you-can-think-of ales
